Agronomic Seed Production Specialists

We are looking for a new colleague for our partner based in Szatymaz!

Ezekre a feladatokra számíthatsz:

• Overseeing laboratory and field equipment, supervising farm activities (field preparation, planting, irrigation, harvesting), and coordinating seasonal seed production and packaging plans
• Collecting, maintaining, and analyzing accurate field and farm data, ensuring proper documentation and compliance, and utilizing software and IT tools to support operations
• Leading process optimization and strategic initiatives, implementing new technologies, data collection methods, and analytics to enhance seed production and plant breeding research
• Supervising and training field technicians and seasonal employees, and working closely with regional, EMEA, and global seed production and breeding teams
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and ESH/HSE regulations, managing supplies and supplier relationships, and identifying operational risks and improvement opportunities

Milyen elvárásoknak kell megfelelned:

• BSc or MSc degree in Agriculture or a minimum of 5 years of experience in field crop seed production
• Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel and Microsoft Teams
• Valid Category B driving license and flexibility for nationwide travel
• High level of accuracy, independence, and strong problem-solving skills

Előnyként számít, de hiánya nem kizáró ok:

• Category E or T driving license (company support provided to obtain it)
• Experience in operating agricultural field machinery

  Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (with time-off compensation during planting and harvesting seasons)
